Nurse Coordinators

We have a team of dedicated, supportive and experienced staff who understands what you are going through and who will take care of you during this difficult time.

The coordinating nurses will be there to take you step-by-step through your treatment, and if you are ever unsure or worried about something, you are encouraged to give them a call.

Our coordinating nurses are available throughout a cycle to provide advice and support, and are your primary contact at the clinic. They are available any time to answer your questions and can both help you organize appointments and liaise on your behalf with your doctor.

Counselors

For some people counselling provides much needed support and intervention during periods of high stress. For some it's a place where thoughts and feelings about infertility can be explored and discussed privately. Others find that counselling helps them to develop coping strategies of their own. Couples sometimes use the service together and sometimes one of the partners uses the service on their own. Off-site counselling is also an option.

The service is completely confidential.

There is usually no additional fee for sessions with our counselors before, during and immediately after your treatment cycle, so please take advantage of this opportunity. If you are not sure whether counseling is appropriate for you, please call us, give it a try, and then decide - there is no obligation to take it further.
